This is a really clean natural coffee with a dominant orange, mandarin-y citrus acidity. It has an iced tea maple syrup sweetness typical of a washed Ethiopian coffee.

This coffee is quite unique for Ethiopia in that Nensebo is not an area that has traditionally processed coffee in Ethiopia. in fact, after planting the first coffee trees in 2014 this is only the second year that specialty coffee production has come out of the Bale Mountain project
This coffee was illustrated with the team at Four Boroughs, Crystal Palace, and is intended to convey the bright citrus and iced tea sweetness of this exceptional Ethiopian coffee.
