This is our first Kenyan coffee of 2019 and with its refreshing acidity and thirst quenching cranberry/blackcurrant fruit notes it’s the perfect hot or cold brewed coffee for the warmer months.

The Mwendia farm has been a family affair since 1960 when Perminus’ parents planted the first of its 7200 coffee trees on the slopes of Mount Kenya. Today Perminus and his son lead the operations of the farm. While in charge, they have managed to transition to farm away from the traditional cooperative selling structure to a fully independent and sustainable coffee farming business in 2019.
