Freshly-ground beans will help you to brew a cup full of flavour, check out our selection of manual and electric coffee grinders.
If you're ordering whole beans, we recommend allowing the coffee to rest for at least 10 days after roast before brewing. If you're ordering ground coffee, use immediately.
Los Suspiros
Childhood friends, after school Axel and Fredy took different paths - Axel worked his grandfather's farm while Fredy headed to university. On his return, Fredy worked his own family's land and in time the two of them have come together to put their learnings into practice with their own coffee.
The name Los Suspiros refers to an area of Alta Mira - a sizeable farm of 10,560 acres owned by Axel's father - that is managed by the two friends and Fredy's brother. Axel oversees growing and harvesting, the brothers manage the post-harvest process.
This is a juicy, juicy drop. Mouth-coating, moreish and meant to be savoured. An excellent expression of high-quality Guatemalan coffee.
