The Kamunyaka washing station is one of three mills as part of the Iriani Farmer's Cooperative. Coffees are delivered from various smallholder members where, after sorting, they are de-pulped and soaked before being moved to raised drying beds where they'll send between 7 and 15 days depending on weather conditions.
