Opportunity: Customer and Operations Support
What we need
We need someone who gets excited, but not distracted, by great coffee and has a perspective which is innately customer centric. You're the type of person that doesn't need to be told to cross your t's or dot your i's and you understand how service can convert customers to partners.
What you need to have
- Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a customer service related role
- Familiarity with customer service platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or other
- Working experience with inventory and accounting business systems, such as Unleashed or Xero, as well as productivity suites such as Microsoft
- A self-starting, problem solving outlook and the ability to think independently and efficiently
What you'd be responsible for
- Providing the first point of contact for a mixture of wholesale and direct-to-home coffee customers. Receiving queries and resolving issues efficiently
- Working collaboratively with Production to receive and process wholesale customer orders
- Working collaboratively with Finance to issue, process and respond to customer invoice queries
Bear in mind
- This role is a key contributor to the smooth operating of our business so naturally requires being physically present at either our Brixton or West Norwood sites
