Orders placed before midnight (Mon-Thu) are packed and dispatched next day. Orders placed on Friday will be despatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). Your coffee is delivered via Royal Mail, DPD and can be tracked if you provide contact details at checkout. 

For international orders, customers will be liable for import duties.

  • We aim to deliver items to Europe within a week or two after dispatch and rest of world can take a few weeks (subject to location)

  • Deliveries to Europe over 2kg will be charged a higher shipping price.

Our Reward Programme, T's & C's

Rewards points and perks have no cash value and must be redeemed at checkout in the form of a unique code. Rewards points or perks for individuals can be terminated at any time at our discretion.

We reserve the right to cancel the rewards program at any time and nullify the value of the points or perks that were issued. Rewards points or perks that are used accidentally can't be reversed and placed back into customer accounts.

Rewards and perks are tracked via customer email addresses, and there is a limit of one rewards account per customer. Points or perks cannot be shared or transferred between customers.

Reward perk tiers reset each year on your anniversary of joining the program. You must earn your way through the tiers each year to unlock the perks and rewards granted per tier.

Rewards points expire after 1 year of no further purchases. You will receive reminder emails before this happens.

Rewards are not available for wholesale accounts.
