Today Don Nacho is one of the most revered producers in the famous Chalatenango coffee growing region of El Salvador’s North West but it wasn’t always that way.

In order to begin producing coffee Don Nacho foraged washed up seedlings from the river bank downstream from the more established producers of his region. Years later and after countless hours dedicated to the meticulous processing of coffee cherry he would be recognised with his first of three Cup Of Excellence awards in 2011.
Today, in our third year of working directly with Don Nacho, via Rodolfo Ruffatti Battle, we’re still astounded at the cleanliness and complexity of his honey and naturally process coffees
