Returns/Refund policy

 

 

As coffee is a perishable product, we're unable to take any returns once dispatched. However, we recommend ordering a 200g bag on your first order and if you're not satisfied please contact our customer service team (orders@assemblycoffee.co.uk), who can advise you on brewing methods, recipes and more.

We roast on Loring roasters which use hot air convection to roast the coffee. This has the benefit of slowing the ageing process and extending the life of our coffees significantly. The coffee you will receive will be roasted within a week of ordering and the optimal period to use our coffee is from 10 days after roasting to about 6 weeks after the roast date (although it will still taste excellent after this).

If there was an error with your order, or if you are dissatisfied with your coffee in any way, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our orders support team within 30 days of purchase by emailing us at orders@assemblycoffee.co.uk - we may be able to offer you an exchange or recommend another product that suits you better.

For accessories and equipment, we can only take returns if the item is unused and in resellable condition 30 days after purchase. This includes the packaging as well as the item. You will need to cover the cost of the return to our warehouse. If the item is returned to us is not in a resellable condition, we will return it to you. If you wish to return an accessory, please contact us via email.

If you experience any fault with your machine or accessories, we honour the full manufacturer’s warranty - typically 12 months. For support or further information, please get in touch at orders@assemblycoffee.co.uk.
