Built in 2017, Shyira washing station sits high up in the hills above the township of Musanze. The highest-located such facility of Muraho Trading Company, it serves close to 2,000 farmers from the surrounding areas. A river runs directly through the station, ensuring direct access to a natural water supply for post-harvest processing.
This is the second time we've bought this coffee and once again it's a real favourite of ours here in the roastery. The flavour profile is light, bright and has a super clean finish. Brew this coffee as pour over to get the best of it, or as espresso for a deeply complex, bright cup.
