This is one of two coffees from Henry Bonilla that currently grace our catalogue. While the Henry Bonilla Pink Bourbon - our latest Elevated Brewing release - is delicate and floral, this coffee is rich, weighty and smooth.
The inherent body and chocolate notes of the Castillo variety have been made prominent by the natural processing of this lot once harvested. Fermenting in cherry for 60 hours and then sun-dried, it offers an indulgent cup whether brewed as filter or espresso. Delicious.
