For pour-over brewing, a new Flow-Rate Indicator visualises real time pouring speed and suggests thresholds for optimum flow rates. The portafilter mode is designed to speed up the accurate weighing of coffee grounds in a portafilter, saving time for the busy barista.
The in-built lithium battery lasts 30-40 hours and is rechargeable via a USB-C port. A silicon pad protects the surface from heat and the digital display is optimised for sunlight readability. Barista scales don't get any better than this.
