The Hario V60 Dripper NEO builds on the design of the iconic V60, introducing a reworked rib structure to refine extraction and flavour.
Its 72 ribs converge into nine at the base, increasing contact between the filter paper and dripper wall to encourage smoother bypass. This supports faster extraction while helping to minimise bitterness, producing a clean cup with a balance of acidity, sweetness and body.
Combining the clarity associated with cone-shaped brewers with the fuller mouthfeel often found in flat-bottom designs, the NEO offers a versatile approach to filter brewing. The 01 is suited to brewing one or two cups, making it a practical option for home brewing.
