Overview

An evening of coffee tasting, exploration, and conversation. Designed to help you better understand why you like the coffees you like, and hear of the stories behind them.

Designed for

Anyone who enjoys a cup of coffee and would like to get a better understanding of the specific qualities they enjoy in their brew.

Format

An informal and intimate evening, hosted by our Head of Training Raquel Mezquita. Limited to 7 people, this is a guided tasting session with plenty of opportunity for you to ask questions, pose thoughts and recall experiences along the way.

1 - Your evening host will hand-brew a selection of coffees for you to sample, presenting to you the provenance and producer story behind each.

2 - For each coffee, you will have the chance to record your perception of the foundational sensory qualities of brewed coffee - flavour, body, texture, sweetness, clarity and balance.

3 - You’ll finish the evening with a better understanding of the qualities you most enjoy in coffee, giving you the reference points that will help you to find the brew that most pleases your palate.
