We need an experienced barista who knows London specialty coffee inside-out and is motivated by commercial success.
What you need to have
- A deep knowledge of the London specialty coffee scene
- A balance of being obsessed with coffee but not being the guest everyone avoids getting stuck with at a party
- A natural ability to form and develop lasting relationships in the coffee community
- A motivation for financial success.
What you'd be responsible for
- Leading the continued growth of Assembly by winning new wholesale business.
