Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, EU orders have a minimum order value of €250.
What are the shipping costs?
We’re pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all EU wholesale orders above €250.
Will I have to pay any customs fees?
No. We’re fully registered in Europe, so you can order coffee without any customs fees or other charges.
Is there a weekly deadline for ordering?
Order before midnight on Tuesday and your order will dispatch on Thursday. If you order after midnight on Tuesday, your order will not ship until the Thursday after.
How long will my order take to reach me?
Allow at least 2 working days, but longer if there is a public holiday in your area. We ship weekly from London on Thursdays, and most orders arrive by the following Monday.
How does payment work?
All orders must be paid at the checkout when you place your order.
