Jake Mummery wins Irish Brewers Cup Championship 2026
This weekend in Dublin, Jake Mummery was named Irish Brewers Cup Champion 2026.
A huge moment, and one very much his own – built on months of focused preparation, plenty of late nights, and a deep understanding of the coffees he chose to present.
Jake’s triumph centred on two coffees from our Ten-Year series: Finca Deborah Echo Geisha (now sold out), alongside a yet-to-be released coffee that will be landing in the coming weeks.
As a Q-Grader, competition barista, and Manager of Door, Jake brings that same level of care and precision to his day-to-day work – whether behind the bar or hosting our Sunday Pour-Over Masterclasses at Assembly HQ.
Jake will go on to represent Ireland at the World Brewers Cup, taking place 25–27 June in Brussels, Belgium.
