For part two of our 10-year reflections, co-founders Michael and Nick share their thoughts on the foundations we’ve built – and the frontiers still to come.

From our early days, we’ve built Assembly to challenge the status quo; from the way we source, to the coffees we roast, to the stories we tell.

As Michael notes, the milestones that matter most have never been about anniversaries or awards, but our coffee releases.

Those releases have always been our way of celebrating the relationships we’ve built – with pioneering producers, hospitality partners, scientists and academics around the world.

And long may that continue.
